Logoplaste UK is currently seeking to recruit a Machine Operator.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader you will be required to perform advanced duties on the shopfloor and operate plant specific equipment to support production.
Key tasks & Activities
1. Responsible for operating machines and other associated equipment efficiently as per instructions.
2. Maintaining machines and equipment.
3. Being Health & Safety compliant.
4. Maintaining high standards of Housekeeping.
Who we are looking for…
Background and Experience
5. -year experience in a manufacturing environment.
6. Good understanding of Health & Safety
7. Action orientated and able to follow work instructions
8. Mechanical / electrical experience would be advantageous
Technical Skills
9. Tool changes and planned maintenance would be advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills
10. Excellent Team skills along with an enthusiastic and proactive approach
11. Energetic and enthusiastic approach to their current role, whilst being an effective communicator at all levels.
12. Possess good interpersonal skills, along with excellent organizational skills and job prioritization
13. Good communication, flexibility and reliability are essential for this position
