Operating successfully with a global team since 2017, Smile is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive business growth through paid marketing channels.
Role Objectives:
We are looking for a proven performance marketer experienced in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, TikTok, and other paid platforms. The role focuses on increasing revenue and sales for our dental cover products, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working with the Retail and Corporate Dental Cover divisions. The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with at least 6 hours overlap with Brisbane time (GMT+10).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute paid search and social campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
* Create platform-specific ad creatives and detailed campaign plans.
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for ROI, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
* Collaborate with sales to align messaging and growth strategies.
* Conduct keyword research, manage bids, and optimize landing pages.
* Manage the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.
* Develop lead generation strategies for different funnel stages.
* Track performance metrics and generate regular reports with insights.
* Explore new advertising platforms and opportunities.
* Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Align performance marketing with organic search and overall marketing strategies.
KPIs:
* Growth in dental cover sales.
* Return on investment (ROI).
* Customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Ideal Candidate:
* Passionate and results-driven, with excellent references.
* Extensive experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social platforms.
* Proven success in running effective Google and Meta campaigns.
* Analytical, strategic, creative, and growth-minded.
* Excellent spoken and written English, with high integrity.
