We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have previous experience working with pupils who have a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or SLCN (Speech, Language & Communication Needs). As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with selected students on a 1:1 basis and support small groups both in mainstream classes and in our inclusion area via intervention sessions. You'll also collaborate with teachers to differentiate resources and help set and monitor targets.
