Veterinary Billings Manager – Hybrid Working
Salary: Starting from £35,000 (increasing DOE, high limit for experienced managers)
Role: Full Time 40 hours Monday - Friday. 3 from practice 2 from home
Location: Central London

A Few Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring invoicing and billing activity in real time to ensure accuracy
* Supporting teams with correct billing procedure to ensure pricing and revenue consistency
* Managing client care plans
* Ensuring compliance with billing protocols - audits and real time analysis/monitoring
* Acting as a central point of contact for team support
* Benchmarking
* Review and update pricing models
Candidate Profile
* Experienced Operations Manager, Practice Manager, or RVN with exposure to operational management.
* Detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational skills
* Individual confident working with financial processes, PMS and administrative systems
* Strong communicator able to liaise effectively with clinical teams, clients and leadership
* Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently and innovate
