We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic West Midlands region, based around the Nuneaton area. The role involves taking responsibility for and managing the development sales function, acting as the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and control the development sales function from pre-start to post-completion.
2. Meet prospective customers and maintain primary contact throughout the customer journey.
3. Manage customer requirements and expectations throughout the house buying process.
4. Ensure the development's presentation reflects a strong sales message and maintains high standards.
Experience and Skills:
* Experience of high performance in a sales role within a housebuilding environment.
* Presentable, customer-facing professional with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
* Skilled in problem-solving and analyzing/reporting on issues affecting the development.
* Able to quickly assess situations and offer effective solutions.
