Growing Macro Hedge Fund is looking to attract a highly driven individual to join as #2 to the Head of Operations.
This role works alongside the Head of Operations blending T0/real time trade assistant duties with projects to further scale the business and implement systems and efficiencies.
Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Leading projects and collaborating with other stakeholders to streamline processes/systems and enhance workflows.
* Building tools to ensure T+0 capture, and effective trade management.
* Ensure oversight and appropriate escalation responses for all post-trade processes.
* Daily trade reporting.
* Monitoring and analysing live trading positions and P&L.
The successful candidate will have:
* 7-12 years of experience in operational or trading roles.
* Strong attention to detail and accountability mindset.
* Demonstrated knowledge of rates and fixed income products.
* An ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Track record or building and maintaining new systems and procedures.
