Graduate Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join the Connect Plus Services project. The role involves supporting the design team throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating design projects, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among team members, the supply chain, and internal and external stakeholders.
Accountabilities
* Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing design projects from concept to completion, working with senior team members to deliver on time and within budget.
* Prepare and maintain design documentation, including project briefs, timelines, and works information, ensuring all files are organized and accessible.
* Support designers with design works, preparing drawings and calculations for design execution.
* Assist with design checks and verification of external designs.
* Review design outputs for accuracy and consistency, ensuring alignment with project goals, the DMRB, and relevant standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or a related field.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
* Passion for design and a desire to contribute to a creative team.
