Are you a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a specialist school setting? We're working with a well-respected school in Oldbury that caters for children with a wide range of additional needs, including complex learning difficulties. This is a full-time, long-term position with strong potential for a permanent role for the right person.
You'll be part of a nurturing and skilled team, providing vital support across the school and working closely with pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis to help them thrive both academically and emotionally.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting pupils with a range of complex needs
Assisting with classroom learning, sensory activities, and communication
Providing consistent behaviour support and emotional regulation
Helping implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
Working closely with class teachers and therapists to meet individual needsWhat We're Looking For:
A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience in an SEN setting)
Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
A calm, patient, and resilient attitude
