Labourer with CSCS Card - Temp to Perm Opportunity
No Weekends + Company Van! (with travel & overnight stays)
Driver Hire Winchester is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company specialising in installing temporary fencing across the South.
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Labourer with a valid CSCS card to join their friendly team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being hands-on, and want the chance to progress in your career, this could be the role for you!
What's on offer:
12-week temp to perm contract - long-term career opportunity for the right person
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm - no weekends!
£25 nightly allowance + accommodation provided
Company van for commuting
Training and clear progression opportunities (including the chance to become a Team Leader)
Weekly pay via PAYE (holiday pay included)
What the role involves:
* Supporting the installation team with fitting and securing temporary fencing
* Contributing to site safety and preparation
* Travelling to different sites (a company van is provided)
* Occasional overnight stays (Monday to Friday, accommodation and allowance covered)
What we're looking for:
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Valid Green CSCS card
* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
* Good timekeeping, communication, and teamwork skills
* Willingness to travel and stay away during the week
