Overview: We are currently seeking an Administration & Dispatch Manager to join our team at Roof Tile Factory, Lisburn. As our Administration & Dispatch Manager you will be responsible for supervising yard and office operations, focusing on the efficient flow of goods, order accuracy, stock management, and the coordination of dispatch and delivery activities. Key responsibilities include managing staff, order processing, dealing with customers, supporting our commercial teams, maintaining order accuracy, overseeing goods-in/out processes, managing stock levels, maintaining Breedon stock management systems, ensuring safety and hygiene standards, and liaising with transport teams. The role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and experience in warehouse or logistics operations. More about what you will do Adhere to Company Health & Safety working practices and legislative regulations Team Management: Lead and supervise dispatch and office staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient daily operations. Operations Oversight: Manage all aspects of stock control, activities, including goods-in, order picking, packing, and dispatch. Inventory & Stock: Monitor stock levels, manage goods in and out, and ensure order accuracy. Logistics Coordination: Organise and coordinate deliveries, transport schedules, and liaise with drivers. Quality & Safety: Ensure the warehouse and dispatch areas are clean, tidy, and meet safety and hygiene standards. Customer & Supplier Relations: Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers and communicate updates on orders and deliveries. Reporting: Report on picking discrepancies, shortages, and other relevant operational issues. Perform the job in accordance with the companys policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy. Perform any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time-to-time. What we need from you Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Proficiency in dispatch paperwork and admin is desirable. Strong ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills for internal teams and external partners. Familiarity with logistics-related software and MS Office.
