Whether it’s Citalia’s expertise in creating authentic Italian holidays, Sovereign Luxury Travel’s opulent beach escapes or American Holidays knowledge of all things North America, our brands offer both new and returning guests, luxury escapes that impress even the most experienced of travellers The Trade Partnerships Manager will work to support our trade partners around the country. The role will entail liaising with the senior and commercial teams at a head office level as well as visiting and supporting individual agents and agencies throughout the UK. What you will be doing: Negotiation, alongside the Head of Sales, of commercial terms including commission, incentives, targets and tactical campaigns within a defined customer base Develop long term business account plans for all key accounts that align with the overall trade strategy Ensure account contact is maintained and delivered to agreed levels and that all available products are on sale through our trade partners Work closely with other areas of the business to ensure all activity is delivering optimal performance for every area of the business Identify, evaluate and capitalise on new business and distribution opportunities. Ensure product awareness through agent training and promotion at trade events, educational visits and conferences both in the UK and overseas Act as the ‘eyes and ears’ of the business ensuring market and competitor activity is captured and cascaded as appropriate to the wider business Develop and deliver effective annual account plans that are aligned to the overall business strategy What we are looking for: Proven experience in a similar role or equivalent from the travel industry Strong knowledge of the UK travel trade infrastructure and excellent contacts with travel agent partners Excellent communication and presentation skills with a friendly and professional manner and ability to build great relationships Excellent negotiation skills Target and results driven with a self-motivated, dynamic and positive attitude A positive culture champion, who is energetic and supportive of continuous improvement Join us and in return you will be rewarded with: Competitive salary with bonus scheme 33 days annual leave that increases with length of service (including bank holidays) Private medical insurance An enhanced employer contribution pension scheme Company Car Remote working Remote Capabilities: This position is remote, requiring the candidate to have a dedicated workspace/home office to conduct sales calls, meetings, and pertinent responsibilities while not travelling for business.
