Job Title: SEN Tutor
Location:
South East England, Berkshire, Reading
Salary:
£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
1. Provide individualised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
2. Develop and implement tailored lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student.
3. Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
4. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Special Education or related field.
Education:
- Degree in Education or relevant field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with students with SEN.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certification in Special Education.
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours, temporary position.
- Work primarily in an educational setting.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to support students with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
