ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Generate (break down) rack locations to create space for new stock. Maintain inventory controls by stowing stock away in the relevant location. Prepare production orders by processing T-Cards (Material Requested); pulling materials, made ready for collection, delivered by trailer. Prepare customer orders by processing delivery ticket requests, pulling materials, banding and labelling consignments, ready for vehicle loading on the night shift. Prepare customer orders by processing delivery ticket requests, finding material location and preparing (writing up) all tickets, ready for pulling on the night shift. Correctly complete delivery tickets and return to the ticket holding area. Ensure all stock discrepancies are reported to the warehouse supervisor or the stock checker or manager. Ensure PPE is worn at all times in the warehouse. Maintain equipment by performing Before Use Checks and reporting any faults, via management, to the maintenance team. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping all racking and floor areas free from waste.
