We are currently working with a well-regarded SEND college in Hounslow seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join their team from September on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, supporting students with a range of additional needs including autism, speech and communication difficulties, and complex learning needs within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
* Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy support to students aged 16–25
* Assess, plan, and implement tailored intervention programmes
* Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and external professionals
* Support the development of communication strategies across the curriculum
* Contribute to EHCP targets and reviews
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered or pending)
* Experience working with children or young people with SEND
* Strong understanding of communication needs, including ASD
* A collaborative and flexible approach to working within a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
