About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of a supportive team, working closely with teachers to provide personalised assistance to students with diverse needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
* Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring a positive learning environment.
* Implementing individualised learning plans and adapting materials to meet students' needs.
* Encouraging student participation and fostering a sense of independence.
