Main Objectiv e:Driving sales of the complete Extremities & Trauma portfolio within your designated territory, by targeting and planning activities focused around Flagship and strategic accounts. Maintain a high level of technical and clinical knowledge to continually support both internal and external customers, assisting with surgical procedures, on-going hospital staff training and support, and organising cadaveric workshops, where appropriate, to drive our focus of Innovation and Educatio n. Essential Duties and Responsibiliti es:Maintains a thorough understanding of the Arthrex Extremities & Trauma product line (Foot & Ankle, Hand & Wrist and Orthopaedic Trauma): features, benefits, pricing, and sales strategies as well as the followi ng:Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the complete Extremities & Trauma portfolio (Foot & Ankle, Hand & Wrist and Trauma), so that they can support internal and external customers as the specialist in this fie ld.Drives business and sales of the complete Extremities & Trauma portfolio (Foot & Ankle, Hand & Wrist and Trauma) within their designated territory to exceed the targets agreed upon with the Regional sales Manager (RS M).Works with the local Territory Managers (TM’s) and the RSM to develop a comprehensive plan of the territory, highlighting focus accounts with short, medium, and long-term objectiv es.Develops and conducts Extremities & Trauma training on the company’s Foot & Ankle, Hand & Wrist and Orthopaedic Trauma products, on an ongoing basis for both internal and external custome rs.Regularly attends theatres to support theatre teams and surgeons in the use of the Extremities & Trauma portfol io.Trains Foot & Ankle, Hand & Wrist and Orthopaedic Trauma surgeons in the use of Arthrex produc ts.Assist in the organisation and execution of cadaveric and sawbone workshops, for surgeons, surgical trainees and theatre personn el.Working with cadavers in the l ab.Supports the Extremities & Trauma Product Manager with internal training events and national conferenc es.Develops an understanding of the internal processes and works with the appropriate teams to ensure ordering, consignment requests, workshop requirements and expenses are met in a timely manner and in accordance with company polici es. Education and Experie nce:Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in one of the bio-medical sciences or related field e.g. qualified Physiotherapist or equivalent experie nce.Experience in Theatres and specifically within Orthopaedics is prefer red. Knowledge and Skill Requirem ents:Outstanding communication skills to communicate at varying levels with multiple stakeholders across the business and within hospital acco unts.Ability to develop training materials and provide comprehensive teaching is neces sary.
