Responsibilities
* Second in command to the Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.
* Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Accountable for running the line during service.
* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills.
* Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
Salary & Hours
Up to £13.01 per hour, 35hrs per week, reliable hours contract, career development programme (CDP) for progression to Head Chef, privilege card discount and Marston’s Rewards.
