Your Role – Leading Excellence & Innovation
In this high-impact leadership position, you will:
* Drive Facilities Transformation, ensuring operational resilience and exemplary service delivery
* Lead a multidisciplinary team, including engineering, commercial, and operational managers
* Develop and implement best-in-class strategies, improving efficiency, service quality, and cost optimization
* Cultivate strong relationships, fostering collaboration with NATS, industry leaders, and government bodies
* Manage a £30m budget, ensuring sustainability, innovation, and value for money
* Champion compliance and safety, ensuring all regulatory and industry standards are exceeded
* Influence strategic direction, aligning operations with Mitie and NATS' long-term growth vision
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership in Integrated Facilities Management, within complex, dynamic environments
* Strategic and operational expertise, engaging at C-suite level and driving business transformation
* Exceptional financial acumen, with experience managing high-value budgets (multi-million)
* Change management expertise, leading cultural shifts and driving continuous improvement
* Innovative mindset, translating emerging technology and sector trends into competitive advantages
