Advanced Advertising Assistant
We are looking for an Advanced Advertising Assistant, to support ITV's AdLabs initiatives; driving forward new launches, expanding existing workstreams, and helping to bring new advertising solutions to life on ITVX.
You’ll build strong relationships across internal ITV teams, support the creation of sales materials, and play a key role in managing communications and coordination across our digital advertising ecosystem.
This role is varied, hands‑on, and offers fantastic exposure to both the commercial and operational sides of ITV's advertising business.

Responsibilities:
* Support AdLabs initiatives, i.e. new launches and growing existing workstreams
* Build relationships across internal ITV teams to support the development of AdLabs propositions
* Develop sales presentations and manage team content calendar to ensure the right messaging goes the the right recipients
* Help manage external partners, running regular meetings to support sales teams with their campaigns
* Over time, we will support you to take ownership of initiatives
* Lots of action-orientated meetings with sales, operations, and data teams.
* Shadowing core team on customer meetings and meetings with key technology vendors.
* Project management, collateral creation, organisation of meetings, capturing of actions, and following up.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
* At least 1 year's experience in account management, sales or similar within media, advertising, or marketing
* Digitally aware, with a strong interest in TV and the evolving advertising landscape
* An intelligent problem solver who can think creatively and act decisively
* Naturally collaborative, curious and takes initiative to follow through on tasks and promises
* Strong relationship-building skills, able to engage effectively across teams and functions.
* A clear understanding & passion for the role you are applying for as well as ITV

* Have a willingness to learn new skills with the appropriate training
* Demonstrate a 'can do' attitudeStrong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good understanding of how to use technology in an office environment for example use of the Google suite, zoom
* Friendly, approachable, and respectful - a true team player
* You'll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlines
