About The Role Job Purpose Processing customer orders, assisting with the maintenance of EDI ordering systems, understanding customers products and documentation needs, handling customer queries, working with internal stakeholders and delivering great customer service and providing top class after care. Key Result Area / Principal Duties & Responsibilities Customer order processing in SAP Raising import/ export documents Liaising with international freight forwarders Raising certificates of Origin Primary contact for key customers Dispatching customer orders, invoicing and after sales care Pro-actively notify customers and our sales on product availability issues Assist with investigation of delivery queries Contribute towards good service levels and supply chain efficiencies Onboarding new customer accounts Key Relationships - Internal & External Warehouse team Finance Planning teams Logistics partners Sales Customers Senior Service & Supply Head of Service & Supply Health & Safety Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and fire regulations are strictly adhered to at all times Comply with safe working practices as defined by BrewDog Complete online or face to face training as and when required Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by acts or omissions at work Report any accidents, incidents or near misses as soon as reasonably practicable. Experience Demonstrable experience in an office-based role, preferably within a FMCG environment Knowledge Understanding of IT Systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office. Skills Outstanding attention to and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Great communication and interpersonal skills written & verbal Ability to multitask by prioritising tasks effectively. Personal Attributes Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others Additional Requirements Standard working hours with occasional overtime during peak periods.
