What You'll be Doing
* Act as the main point of contact forlocal authorities and social housing providerswithin a designated geographical area
* Promote HESL’s full range of offerings, includingECO funding,HEATflex, local HEAT websites, and carbon-saving solutions
* Advise stakeholders oncarbon-saving funding, and energy efficiency measures
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships withcharities,community groups, andhousing providers
* Plan and deliverlocal eventsthat support community engagement and carbon reduction
* Coordinate project implementation and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders
* Support funding applications and reporting for energy efficiency initiatives
* Produce regular reports tracking outcomes such as carbon and energy bill savings
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience instakeholder engagementand relationship management—especially with local authorities or housing providers
* Good understanding ofcarbon reduction strategies,ECO/HEATflex schemes, and energy efficiency funding
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
* Experience attending events and community programmes
* Excellent organisational and reporting skills
* Experience working withcharities or community groups (desirable)
* Knowledge oflocal governmentframeworks and funding cycles
* Qualification inenvironmental sciences,energy management, or related fields (desirable)
Location: Hybrid, Home-Based (within close proximity to London and the South East)
Regular travel will be required to attend meetings with local authorities and social housing providers in London, theSouth East, and occasionally further afield in line with project requirements.
