Were looking for an enthusiastic Leisure Assistant to join our happy and welcoming team at Ashburn Springs Leisure Complex, home to our indoor pool, gym, fitness classes and high ropes course.

What were looking for
* Essential: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
* Desirable: REPS Level 2/3 Qualification (or equivalent)
* A positive, friendly and professional attitude
* A team player who takes pride in keeping our facilities clean, safe and welcoming
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and early mornings/evenings
What youll be doing
No two days are the same in our busy leisure complex. Your role will include:
* Lifeguarding and poolside supervision
* Helping with the day-to-day running of the facility
* Welcoming and assisting members and guests
* Taking payments and handling memberships
* Supporting fitness and leisure activities
* Carrying out cleaning, safety checks, opening and closing duties
Hours & Shifts
* Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
* Shifts are allocated weekly and planned well in advance
* Working hours between 6am and 9pm (includes weekends)
