Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 / 3 – East Finchley
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (dependent on qualifications & experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming East Finchley team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive nursery where children are encouraged to learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment.

Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Plan and deliver activities that support children’s development
* Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS
* Track and celebrate developmental milestones
* Build positive relationships with families
* Work with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
* Follow safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
We are seeking someone who has:
* A full & relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience in an early years setting (Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
* A passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence
