We work as one big happy team, focused on being best-in-class and not forgetting to have fun along the way!As one of our Maintenance Engineers you will be responsible for maintaining all electrical, mechanical, automated equipment and machines within a modern, fast paced food production environment, and importantly, helping ensure the continuity of the production process. This is an important role where you will be trusted with the oversight and maintenance of our equipment and machinery, and you will enjoy managing your own work to be as effective and efficient as possible.Your duties will include:Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Company rules and regulationsInstallation, repair and upkeep of all electrical and/or mechanical production equipmentElectrical/Mechanical fault diagnosisEnsuring preventative maintenance schedules are followed and completed in fullProvision of technical support to all departmentsEnsuring the infrastructure in maintained to a high standardImplement solutions to help improve machine reliability and quality standardsWorking with the on-site CMMS systems to drive cost improvementsComply with food safety, quality, legality and environmental policiesEssential Criteria:Time served Electrical & Mechanical Engineer2 years recent experience in an industrial/engineering environment for high volume production processesHighly motivated and have the ability to perform in a highly challenging, expanding and pressurised environmentExcellent communication skills in English both written and oralEvidence and experience of fault finding and working with control panelsExcellent problem-solving skillsHours of work:40 hours Monday to Friday, actual shift pattern to be followed will be confirmed at interview, however, please note flexibility may be required to suit operational requirements.In return the Company offers:A great future with people at the heart of the business.Excellent working conditionsSharesave schemeCompany & Enhanced Pension SchemeStaff SalesOpportunities for progressionThis is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join a successful, growing company which is committed to the development of its people and ensuring the potential of all members of staff.
