About the Role
We are working with a fast-scaling AI-powered fintech start-up. Backed by top-tier investors. The company is building the future of AI-native finance automation.
As one of the first designers on the team, you will help shape AI-first workflows for billing, invoicing, receivables, and financial automation. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and founders to design intuitive experiences that make AI agents feel both powerful and trustworthy.
This is a high-impact opportunity to join a design-centric culture with strong executive backing, at a pivotal stage of growth, with offices in both London and New York.
Must-Have
* 2–4 years of experience as a product designer in B2B SaaS.
* Portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy or fintech product design (billing, finance, dashboards, etc.).
* Strong skills in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
* Experience working in early or growth-stage start-ups with fast iteration cycles.
* Prior experience building a high-quality B2B software design.
* End-to-end product design skills: research, prototyping, shipping.
* Strong interest in AI-centric design and new interaction models.
* Collaborative, low-ego, feedback-driven mindset.
Nice-to-Have
* Fintech or enterprise workflow design experience.
* Hands-on use of AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) and curiosity in new AI interaction models.
* Exposure to companies with a strong design culture/brand.
Location & Compensation
* London | Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office
* Up to £95K + Competitive Equity
* Visa sponsorship available (UK sponsorship, US transfers possible)
