Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activity across the EMEA region on a 6–12 month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and the wider HR function to deliver high-quality recruitment across multiple countries, supporting business growth and ensuring a strong candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their TA career within an international, fast-paced environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the EMEA region
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insight
3. Source and attract candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
4. Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
5. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage
6. Maintain accurate data within the ATS and support reporting requirements
7. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different countries and functions
Functional Knowledge and Technical Skills Within Own and Other Areas
9. Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
10. Strong sourcing and screening skills
11. Comfortable working across multiple roles and geographies
12. Experience using ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
13. Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
14. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Educational Requirements / Qualifications and Experience
15. Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
16. Familiarity with recruitment systems and tools

17. Fluent in English (additional European languages are advantageous

19. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
