Basic Salary: £26,000 - £45,000 p.a. (Negotiable based on experience).

What You'll Be Doing (The Role)
You will be empowered to operate a full 360-degree recruitment cycle, supported by our experienced team:
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Client Management: Manage and grow new and existing client accounts.
Candidate Strategy (Sourcing): Utilise our internal database and job boards to find and attract top talent.
Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, working alongside our dedicated delivery team.
Mentorship: Support staff with recruitment best practice as part of your own personal development.
What We Need From You
We are looking for individuals who are ready to commit their drive and ambition to a high-performance, supportive environment:
Relevant Experience: Previous experience working in the recruitment industry, telesales, client facing or technical retail roles.
Target Driven: Highly motivated, target driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Consultative Skills: A good communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt your style.
