We are seeking a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Slough from September 2025.
About the Role:
* Support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
* Deliver planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
* Lead small group interventions to raise attainment
* Support pupils with a range of needs, including EAL and SEN
Ideal Candidate:
✅ HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
✅ Confident leading whole-class learning
✅ Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
✅ A proactive, positive approach to supporting pupils and colleagues
