In this role, you will lead a technical team to deliver high-quality, bespoke, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy services to valued clients. You will play a key part in shaping project outcomes while mentoring and developing junior staff to strengthen and grow the team. As a client-facing leader, you will embody our core values and contribute directly to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Project Delivery: Take a leading role in the design and delivery of multidisciplinary engineering solutions, coordinating third-party suppliers as needed, and managing all project stages from due diligence and concept development through to detailed design and construction.
* Diverse Project Portfolio: Engage with a variety of projects, from domestic-scale developments to larger projects valued up to £90M, offering varied technical challenges and opportunities to broaden your expertise.
* Technical Leadership: Apply your expertise in engineering principles to guide project delivery teams, drive innovative and efficient project solutions and mentor the next generation of engineers.
* Collaborative Work Environment: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver successful outcomes. You will lead by example while providing technical support and fostering a culture of collaboration.
* Client Interaction: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met through clear communication and exceptional service.
