The Role:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery and equipment
* Diagnosing faults and identifying solutions to reduce downtime
* Assisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring a safe working environment
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and contributing to ongoing process improvements
The candidate:
* A qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
* Some hands-on experience in a maintenance or engineering role (placement, apprenticeship, or post-grad experience)
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to work flexibly and take on new challenges
