Job Purpose

Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, the Marketing Operations Lead is accountable for driving effective field marketing and product marketing execution by leading a cross-functional team and ensuring strong coordination with the Wholegoods Sales organization. The role ensures operational excellence in marketing campaigns, product initiatives, fairs, and events, translating strategy into consistent field execution that supports commercial performance.


Key Responsibilities

* Team Leadership & Coordination
o Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team comprising:
o Product Specialists
o Brand Marketing Lead
o Customer Center resources
o Demonstrators
o Ensure clear priorities, workload alignment, and effective collaboration across team members.
* Communication & Brand Activation
o Lead the planning and execution of fairs and events, including customer days, dealer events, and exhibitions.
o Coordinate advertising activities and press releases, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
o Oversee media management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
o Supervise the creation and deployment of marketing content and materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
o Manage merchandising strategy and execution to support brand visibility and retail effectiveness.
* Product Marketing & Commercial Support
o Ensure development and maintenance of product marketing materials, technical bulletins, and supporting documentation.
o Coordinate product homologation activities, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure market readiness.
o Support the Product Specialists in the identification of product needs, gaps, and market feedback and enables them to communicate to relevant global and regional teams.
o Support pricing strategies and catalogue development, ensuring accuracy and alignment with commercial objectives.
o Own and manage the company demonstrator program, ensuring effective utilization and alignment with sales priorities.
o Coordinate and support field activities and customer events, working hand in hand with the sales organization.
o Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial training for sales teams and dealers.
o Lead and support the execution of retail campaigns in coordination with sales and dealers.
o Provide terms input and commercial insights to support campaigns and product launches.
* Campaign & Event Delivery
o Coordinate with the Wholegoods Sales team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, support sales-driven initiatives and launches, ensure strong field execution and follow-up, and provide operational and organizational support to ensure successful fairs, exhibitions, and major events.


Experience Required

* Completed education with agricultural / technical / marketing / business and economics background
* Strong leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
* Solid understanding of field marketing, product marketing, and commercial operations
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
* Strong execution focus with attention to detail
* Ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on operational delivery
* Traveling (approximately 30%)
