Your new role
1. Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
3. Resolveplaints efficiently and empathetically
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
6. Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate
7. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes
What you'll need to succeed
You will have good organisational andmunication skills. Ideally, you will have relevant customer service experience within a call centre or similar environment. Good IT skills are essential, alongside data entry and general administration.
