Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Partnerships
Location: Chippenham - 4 days in office 1 day from home
Salary - 27k base and OTE of 60k+

As we scale our Partnerships team, we’re looking for 4 x ambitious individuals who want to build a career in event sales and commercial partnerships.
The Opportunity
This is not just an SDR role - it’s a launchpad.
You’ll start by owning outbound activity, building pipeline, and setting up high-value meetings with senior decision-makers using digital channels and the phone. But this role is designed to evolve. With training, mentorship, and exposure, you’ll develop into a full Account Executive, capable of owning deals and building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day 1)
* Drive outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, and importantly the phone
* Identify and engage senior decision-makers
* Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the Partnerships team CRO
* Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects
* Work closely with senior sales leaders to refine messaging and targeting
* Learn how enterprise-level event and partnership sales works
What You’ll Grow Into (6–12 months)
* Running your own discovery calls
* Managing partnership conversations end-to-end
* Closing deals and owning revenue targets
* Building long-term client relationships
* Contributing to strategy on go-to-market and partnerships

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
* At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
