Job Description
A leading international professional services firm is seeking a Global Senior Client Account Manager to help drive its newly expanded global client programme. This is a senior role for someone who can bring structure, consistency and best practice to account management across multiple regions, while leading and developing a London-based team.
The Role
You will take responsibility for both team leadership and hands-on global client account management. Key aspects include:
1. Leading and developing the UK Client Account Management (CAM) team, ensuring consistent ways of working and high-quality delivery.
2. Embedding global best practice by training CAM and BD teams across the UK, EMEA, APAC, the US and Latin America.
3. Managing a number of global key clients yourself, working closely with Client Relationship Partners to create and deliver strategic client plans.
4. Building strong relationships with senior client contacts across legal, claims, procurement and C-suite roles.
5. Identifying cross-selling opportunities, gathering client intelligence and ensuring client listening activity is carried out across accounts.
6. Coordinating activity across global BD, Marketing and Pursuits teams to ensure joined-up client service.
7. Supporting pitches, commercial discussions, financial management and revenue planning for global accounts.
