THE BUSINESS

Due to ambitious growth plans and a very strong order book they are looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join their production team in Middlesbrough.
You will be responsible for operating and maintaining die-cutting and slitting machines, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
No previous print or machine experience is required — full training will be provided
THE ROLE
* You will operate die-cutting and slitting machines according to production schedules
* Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent product quality
* Carry out basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance
* Inspect materials for defects and ensure finished products meet quality standards
* Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
* Assist with material handling and other production tasks as required
THE PERSON
* No previous print or machine experience is required — full training will be provided
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently once trained
* Basic mechanical aptitude is beneficial but not essential
