Summary
Oakwood School, a school for children with severe learning needs (SLD) and profound and multiple learning needs (PMLD) from EYFS to Year 10, is looking for an inspirational Playworker to join our dynamic team spanning EYFS to KS4. The role is a permanent contract with 32.5 hours per week. We seek a committed, highly motivated, well‑organised and enthusiastic practitioner who embraces our inclusive and creative philosophy and helps develop an environment where every child is given the opportunity to “sky rocket”. Successful candidates will work alongside senior leaders, teachers, teaching assistants, pastoral and health leads in an innovative, creative and supportive school. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure check and relevant employment/online checks.
