About the Role
As the Learning Disabilities Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational management of a small residential home supporting adults with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, and additional support needs. You will lead a committed team, champion best practice and ensure the highest standards of person‑centred care.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of a learning disabilities residential home
* Develop personalised support plans for adults with autism and learning disabilities
* Supervise, coach and inspire a skilled care team
* Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding procedures and regulatory requirements
* Promote independence, communication and positive behaviour strategies (PBS)
* Work collaboratively with families, social workers, healthcare professionals and external agencies
* Oversee staff rotas, training, audits and quality assurance processes
Essential Requirements
* Strong experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs
* Previous leadership or management experience in residential care or supported living
* Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, risk management and safeguarding
* Person‑centred approach with a focus on dignity, empowerment and inclusion
* Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
