Salary & Bonus We are recruiting technicians at all levels, with packages dependent on experience and qualifications. Typical salaries include: Service & Maintenance Technician – up to £37,700 Service & Diagnostic Technician – up to £40,220 Senior Technician – up to £42,740 Master Technician – up to £47,780 Sign‑on and retention bonuses are available at selected sites (Details will be discussed during the recruitment process.) The Role As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience built on trust, transparency, and quality workmanship. Achieving first‑time fixes and maintaining high technical standards are central to everything we do.
