Recruitment Coordinator £Competitive per day (PAYE) 12 Month Contract London (Hybrid working) HSBC are currently searching for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in London! Liaise confidently with senior leaders, including GCB 3 and MD-level roles. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Deliver a professional and positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.Work closely with recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.Maintain accurate records and support compliance with internal processes.Experience Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruitment coordination or similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
