CORPORATE SQUADRON DIVISIONAL REGULATOR (CORPORATE SQN DIV REG) PURPOSES Primary Purpose. To provide duty of care to all Trainees in Corporate Squadron. Secondary Purpose. To assist the Divisional Officer(s) in the daily administration of Corporate Squadron Trainees within their allocated classes. SUPERIORS The Corporate Squadron Divisional Regulator is accountable to the Corporate Squadron EWO. PRINCIPAL TASKS The following points are Principal tasks for this position (not exhaustive): To maintain Good Order and Naval Discipline within Corporate Squadron. To issue verbal briefs to Phase 2 & Phase 1.5 Trainees to reiterate C2DRIL. To issue Remedial Training for the Squadron and keep a record of sanctions issued. To issue Minor Admin Actions (MAA) for the Squadron and maintain a record of sanctions issued. To conduct the Squadron’s Clear Lower Decks (CLD) To liaise with the Service Police on disciplinary matters affecting members of the Squadron. To co-ordinate whole ship and external work force requests, allocating “Troops to Tasks”. To act as Corporate Squadron’s Building Manager. To ensure that all messdecks are maintained to a high standard by occupants. Any task delegated to you by the Corporate Squadron EWO. EXTRANEOUS DUTIES Whole-ship activities as required.
