Your Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and precision
Manage your section efficiently, ensuring a smooth service
Contribute to seasonal menu development and special event catering
Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
Support and train junior kitchen staff when required
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience
About You
Proven Chef de Partie experience, or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
Background in high-end hospitality, premium catering, or contract catering preferred
Confident with modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
High standards of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail
Genuine passion for delivering nutritious, high-quality meals
Food Safety Level 2 required (higher qualifications desirable)
