Deputy Head of Engineering – Scenic Fabrication & Design A leading creative production company, renowned for delivering exceptional work across live events, performance, and visual media, is seeking an experienced Deputy Head of Engineering to support the leadership of its fabrication department. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and people-focused professional to play a key role in delivering innovative projects that combine artistry, engineering, and precision manufacturing, while working closely with the Head of Engineering. Purpose of the Role The Deputy Head of Engineering will support the day-to-day operation of the metal fabrication department, assisting in the delivery of projects that meet quality, safety, and programme requirements. Acting as second-in-command, the role combines hands-on technical involvement with supervisory responsibility, supporting team performance, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement.
