I'm working with a world-renowned London university that's hiring an Operations Manager to oversee its newest student residence, Robeson House, opening Summer 2025. This is a key front-line leadership role focused on delivering an exceptional residential experience and managing a high-performing front-of-house team.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
Leading teams in customer-facing, hospitality, or residential settings
Delivering excellent service, managing KPIs and service levels
Experience using a Property Management System
Confident with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Managing rotas, reception services, and operational priorities
Handling complaints, solving day-to-day issues, and using initiative during emergencies
Adhering to GDPR, H&S, and emergency procedures (eg, fire safety, first aid)
