LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting Breakfast Chefs to join our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preparation and service-related duties.
Shift opportunities include:
Full Time
Weekend Availability required on a rota basis
Morning Only (6am until 2pm)

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Hotel Breakfast Chef would include...
* Preparing a range of high-quality breakfast dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants
* Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
* Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
* Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
* Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
* Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?
Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...
* Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
* Food Safety Qualifications required
* Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
* Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
* Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
