Role: Website and Social Media Governance Manager
Contract: 6 Months
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum (DOE)

Randstad is currently partnered with a financial services firm based in London looking to hire a Social Media Governance Manager. This is a brand new, high-impact role where you will be instrumental in defining and upholding the integrity, compliance, and strategic direction of our entire website and social media ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
* Establish New Policies: Develop and enforce comprehensive website governance policies, including content auditing, accessibility standards, and archiving processes to ensure accuracy and relevance across all digital channels.
* Maintain Social Standards: Continuously update and maintain our Social Media Standards, ensuring all platforms are managed effectively and in line with best practices.
* Ensure Compliance: Oversee and monitor adherence to all policies through a combination of self-attestation and spot checks across both website and social media channels.
* Manage Influencer Risk: Be the gatekeeper for all external influencer requests, conducting thorough reviews and checks to mitigate reputational risk.
* Channel Creation Process: Run the end-to-end process for new digital channel creation, ensuring owners provide a clear strategic brief and content strategy.
* Risk Management: Act as the central point of contact for breaches of our Standards, directing issues to the appropriate internal teams and recommending process improvements and tools to enhance efficiency and risk management.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital governance, content management, social media management, or compliance roles within a regulated industry is highly preferred.
* A Governance Mindset: Strong history in establishing and enforcing new policies and monitoring performance.
* Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, robust problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Balance: The ability to effectively balance creative digital strategies with strict regulatory and legal constraints.
