Supervisor Job Title Founder and Creative Director
This role will support the day-to-day running of Lily Rou across creative, operational, and studio tasks. Duties will include assisting with studio organisation, sample management, packing and fulfilment, supporting photoshoots and content creation, preparing mood boards and design development materials, assisting with garment sampling, and helping maintain brand presentation across social media and e-commerce. The role will also involve general administrative support and contributing to the fast-paced environment of a growing fashion brand.
We are looking for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience within a luxury fashion startup environment, ideally studying womenswear, FDD, or fashion contour.
This role offers exposure to the full creative and operational process, including design development, mood boards, garment sampling, and high-quality production with specialist finishes and attention to detail, particularly with delicate fabrics such as silk.
The role will also support content creation, including assisting with photoshoots, styling preparation, and social media production, as well as gain insight into e-commerce, product launches, and customer experience.
This role would suit someone eager to understand how a small luxury brand operates and scales, with an interest in branding, storytelling, and maintaining a strong visual identity across all touchpoints.
