We are looking for a CCTV Controller to provide excellent communication and CCTV skills within a busy control room, which is responsible for supporting and managing all activity in and around the location.
You must be able to provide clear and timely communication to security officers, park
management and outside agencies on key incidents that may affect the operation or cause distress to visitors, guests and retailers.
Hours of work are 4 on and 4 off on a day & night rotation, working 12 hour shifts.
Application must be submitted with an up to date CV.
- Full driving licence is desirable.
- A valid CCTV licence.
- A valid SIA door supervisor licence is desirable.
Your Time at Work
Responsibilities will Include;
- Pro actively monitoring the CCTV system.
- Monitor and allocate officer attendance to panic alarm activations.
- Monitor and allocate officer attendance to fire alarm activations.
- Monitoring and controlling access to the site.
- Monitor and allocate officer attendance to the parking enforcement team.
- Key control.
- Responding to requests of CCTV monitoring.
- Health, safety along with the welfare of security officers.
- Reporting and monitoring incidents.
- Maintaining contact with security officers on patrol.
- Immediate reporting of faults with the CCTV or fire alarm systems.
