Overview
ESG based in Solihull Town centre is looking for a new Senior Help desk Control room operator.
The role is based at our Head office in Solihull Town centre and involves working between 8-12 hour shifts (mainly 12 hour shifts), taking calls and emails from our Security staff and clients and dealing with their requirements and requests.
Responsibilities
* Take calls and emails from staff and clients and respond to their requirements and requests.
* Multitask, assess issues and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
* Work across day and night shifts, including weekends and some bank holidays; there can be a preference for days/nights.
Qualifications & Requirements
* SIA License is required for this role.
* Experience in the security or facilities sector is preferred.
* Clean drivers’ license is helpful.
