Supply Chain Supervisor

£35,000 per annum + Hybrid/Flexible Working Available + 33 Days Holiday + Pension
This an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong Supply Chain experience to join a highly reputable company.
My client are a leading services provider to a range of retail stores, banks and cash centres nationwide. Due to consistent growth in all markets they operate in, the demand for their services is constantly increasing therefore they are looking for an Supply Chain Supervisor to lead a team of 4, looking after order management, goods in/out and warehouse optimisation.
Role
* Oversee the end-to-end movement of goods within a busy engineering environment, leading a team of four across order management, goods in/out, and warehouse optimisation. SAP ECC Key User (MM/WM), maintaining data integrity and planning parameters while using KPI analysis to drive performance. Managing 3PL and customs compliance, ensures smooth material flow to support production, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Candidate Profile
* Supply Chain experience
* At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role
* Proficiency in SAP ECC
* Understanding of Harmonized System (HS) codes, trade laws, and logistics strategies.
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Due to nature of company a full criminal, financial and work history check will be undertaken upon offer acceptance of up to 10 years (if applicable)
