A senior opportunity has arisen within a well-established private client and trusts practice in Guernsey, advising high net worth individuals, family offices and fiduciary service providers on a broad range of international wealth structuring and trust matters. This role sits within a globally integrated private capital team and offers exposure to complex cross-border work, alongside the opportunity to play a visible role in the continued growth of the practice locally. You will work closely with partners and senior colleagues while taking ownership of your own matters, advising on trust structuring, wealth planning and related advisory work. The position offers a balance of high-quality technical work and client-facing responsibility, with scope to contribute to business development and longer-term practice growth. Responsibilities include: Advising on a range of private client and trusts matters, including structuring and ongoing advisory work Managing matters with appropriate autonomy while maintaining strong partner engagement Building and maintaining relationships with clients, intermediaries and fiduciary providers Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting the growth of the Guernsey practice Participating in knowledge sharing, training and internal initiatives Supporting junior team members where required Candidates should be qualified in England & Wales or a recognised common law jurisdiction, with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE gained within a respected private client or trusts practice. Experience working with offshore structures or fiduciary clients would be advantageous, although not essential.
